Tigers Held to Four Hits In Shutout Loss to Twins

Twins 4, Tigers 0  (66-41)

The Tigers were shutout and held to four hits as the Twins evened up their series at Metropolitan Stadium.  No Tiger reached base more the once and all four hits in the game for Detroit were singles.

Earl Wilson fell to 9-9 with a rough start.  He gave up three runs on six hits in 2 2/3 innings.
